An option to show the names of NPCs and players above their heads. Maybe player titles as well?

When you look at NPCs and players it shows these above their heads so I'm confused what you are looking for?

Janna Kocha: Was thinking more that it's visible at all times so it's easier to find certain NPCs, and also maybe our own name and title above our characters heads.
