Would be cool to have some sort of station for weapon enchanting, where each enchant comes with their own buff and visual effect on the weapon.

This is already planned. Not sure how they will implement it exactly, but enchanting is coming (I believe in the upcoming update even)

MrRedd: Unfortunately not in the very next update, but it we're hoping the very next one. We're packing too much stuff into this one as it is so enchanting got pushed back...
