A table or someone you can go to to change any item to look like something else but keep the stats of a better weapon or clothing etc

A small little symbol (Star?) next to an NPCs name when they have a quest available. This means it only appears when you hover over them, and keeps it unobtrusive and out of the way, allowing for natural player exploration still.

Would be cool to have some sort of station for weapon enchanting, where each enchant comes with their own buff and visual effect on the weapon.

It is hard to tell where an area is without traveling to it. Have the town name on the map as well as larger areas. Also would be cool to see the town names on a big sign or around the town. Helps players who stop playing for a few months.

Ability to use companion whistle in your off-hand while using a two-handed weapon

This one is more of a gameplay idea a friend and I had while playing together. But a way to see the tailoring outfits from recipes before you buy them would be incredible. Similar to how houses are done and shown from blueprints, a mannequin model could be displayed in a small window on the screen with the outfit that the Tailoring recipe would give if you decide to buy it! This is to prevent those occasionally frustrating purchases you can make at the Tailor’s shop when a recipe is worth 10k, but you don’t want to wear it after crafting it.

From what I have noticed you can organize your inventory, but not your bank/chest space. It would be awesome to have this feature!

The camera angle is right behind the player, meaning I can't see what I'm hitting. With no-spell staves it's pretty lame to have to block my view of the enemy to aim at it. this can be rectified by giving a more side shoulder view similar to when a spell is charging, but even then, wizard hats block the view still.

Being able to drop a pin and name the pin or even have icons to select from would be cool to remember where certain caves, resources and my own house is located on the map.

More ambient creatures in the world. Ones that either add sounds, or visuals. Examples would be birds, insects, etc. In terms of birds, you could have Seagulls in Ramshackle Reef adding to the ambience of pirates with their cries and circling overhead, the barn owls in the Farmlands at night hooting away, and smaller birds in Windless Woods tweeting. They do not have to be actual NPCs for performance reasons, with the insects most likely being able to be an FX. (Will link any ideas that suggest ambient creatures in the comments)
